Introduction to PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint is the presentation software included in Microsoft Office. It is installed on millions of computers throughout the world. Here at FCC, it is one of the software tools that you will want to use when preparing classroom presentations. This lesson leads you through the basics of creating and modifying PowerPoint presentations.

Introduction to Excel

Excel is a spreadsheet program used by many for serious number crunching (budgeting, statistics, etc.). It is also a great program for creating charts and graphs which can be inserted into PowerPoint presentations or Word documents. This lesson guides you through the basics of entering data and performing basic calculations in Excel.
