Florida Christian College is committed to your success as a student. My name is Joe Harvey and I serve as the Director of Student Success. I'll be working with faculty, other staff and student tutors to provide academic assistance and resources for all FCC students. Need some help composing a paper or putting together a presentation? Bio: Dr. Harvey graduated from Florida Christian College (B.A.), Milligan College (B.A.), Cincinnati Christian University (M.A.), the University of South Florida (M.Ed.) and Lincoln Christian University (D.Min.). He has served in Christian Education and Spiritual Development ministries for more than 15 years. He joins the staff of FCC after 10 years as the Spiritual Development and Senior Associate Minister at LifeBridge Christian Church in Longmont, Colorado. Joe now lives in St. Cloud with his wife, Valerie. He also serves as an Assistant Professor in Ministry. His hobbies are hiking, biking and playing guitar.

Garrett Thompson serves as the Assistant Director of Student Success.  Originally from Denver Colorado, Garrett came to Florida Christian College in 2002 after serving in the United States Marine Corps. He graduated from FCC (B.A.) in 2007, and Lincoln Christian University (M.A.) in 2010. He has served in local youth and preaching ministries for 10 years, and joins the SSC staff after 5 years of serving in the Registrar's Office as the Associate Registrar. Garrett now lives in Saint Cloud with his wife, Carie, and children, Jedidiah and Juliana. He also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Bible. He enjoys being with his family, playing sports, reading, watching movies, and is a die-hard Denver Broncos fan.
