Christian Service Reporting Form

Each semester students must complete 15 events of Christian Service during the semester. Up to 7 can be on campus. Events must be submitted electronically before the end of Finals Week. All fields are required.

Types of Christian Service

Category 1
Title: Occasional Helper/ Active Observer
Limitations/ Special Circumstances: Freshman Only
Description: When one is “lending a hand” or providing crowd control. Not a level where one has to extensively prepare in some manner.

Category 2
Title: Occasional Service
Limitations/ Special Circumstances: Recommended for Freshman and Sophomores
Description: Events that are not done on a regular basis.

Category 3
Title: Regular Service
Limitations/ Special Circumstances: Events one is regularly involved in. Not “leadership” in the sense that a complete program is being developed.

Category 4
Title: Regular Leadership
Limitations/ Special Circumstances: Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to do this type
Description: Regular Involvement. One develops a complete program. (Ex. Youth Directors, Preaching Ministers, Choir Directors, Day Care Director, Children’s Ministry Director).
