The Suns ended their 2011 season as the most successful team in school history with 13 wins. Unfortunately, the team was unable to increase that win total at the National Tournament here in Kissimmee over the weekend. As the host school, the Suns had the opportunity to play the best teams the NCCAA had to offer and though they played well, dropped all four matches. The team is looking forward to improving upon their finish in 2012 with top returners Brinda Wallis (445 kills, 394 digs in 2011) and Holli Meredith (505 digs, 48 aces in 2011).
