Suns Begin 2012 Season at Johnson University

9/7/12 – Johnson University. The Florida Christian College Women’s Cross Country program began their inaugural season with their first meet at Johnson University running against Johnson University (TN), Kentucky Christian University (KY), Toccoa Falls College (GA), and Maryville College (TN). Overall the women’s team finished the meet in 3rd place. The women were led by Kayla Martinez (4th place); Brianna McConnell (10th place); Chelsea Lewis (19th place); Megan Colello (26th place); and Nicole Marshall (27th place). A new school record for the women’s cross country program was established by Kayla Martinez (25:14 for a 5K). The Suns will compete again on September 14th (Lakeland, Florida)
