The Florida Christian College Lady Suns volleyball team will represent the college at two upcoming beach tournaments this spring in the 2011 Florida Spring Collegiate Volleyball Series. The first tournament will be played at St. Petersburg beach and be hosted by St. Petersburg College on Friday April 8th. The following weekend, April 16th, the Lady Suns will compete at the Florida State Collegiate Beach Championship “Fiesta on Siesta” on Siesta Key. The team has been training all semester on the poolside sand court and are looking forward to this new opportunity to compete.
