Basketball Team Provides On-Court Demonstrations
For Annual FABC Basketball Clinic
On Saturday September 8th the Florida Christian College Men’s Basketball program was invited to be the on-court demonstrating team for the annual FABC basketball clinic hosted, this year, by Oviedo High School. This year’s clinic was headlined by former Orlando Magic Head Basketball Coach Stan Van Gundy, Steve Forbes, Jeff Turner, and FCC’s own Jake Deer.
Coach Deer Said “ This was another great opportunity to show Osceola and Orange County coaches that we are building a great program here at Florida Christian College. This is a great place for kids that want a great education partnered with a challenging, but exciting collegiate basketball experience.” The Florida Christian College Suns will host their first home game Thursday November 1st at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapman Center Gymnasium located on the campus of Florida Christian College.
