I have read the Facilities Use Agreement terms and conditions and I agree to be the individual responsible for ensuring that all individuals associated with my group conduct themselves accordingly.I realize that permission to use one area of the campus does not imply permission to use another part of the campus, including adjoining facilities. I further understand that failure to follow the guidelines described in Facilities Use Agreement terms and conditions may make it necessary for the College to charge additional fees to recover the costs associated with the violations. I also understand there will be a 10% cancellation fee charged should our event be cancelled within one week of the event.
