Christian Education Heritage Scholarship

The Home-Educator Scholarship is offered to high school graduates who have must meet the following general requirements: Have you been home educated during at least 50% of your high school education including your complete senior year? * YesNo

Have you enrolled at Florida Christian College within 12 months of graduating from high school? * YesNo

Have you met all other admission requirements of Florida Christian College? * YesNo

Have you met all requirements to maintain the scholarship and/or are you in good standing as a student at FCC as detailed in this and other FCC documents? * YesNo

The Christian Education Heritage Scholarship is offered to high school graduates associated with Christian schools. Graduates who qualify will meet the following general requirements: Have you been educated by a Christian school during at least 50% of your high school education including your complete senior year? * YesNo

Have you enrolled at Florida Christian College within 12 months of graduating from high school? * YesNo

Have you met all other admission requirements of Florida Christian College? * YesNo

The scholarships have three levels of recognition:

Gold - 25% tuition scholarship for 8 consecutive fall and spring terms (excluding summer term)

Students who are awarded this level of the scholarship meet the following requirements:

Have maintained a 3.0 CGPA
Have scored a 1270 on the SAT or 28 on the ACT
Have met all of the general requirements detailed below.

Silver - 20% tuition scholarship for 8 consecutive fall and spring terms (excluding summer term)

Students who are awarded this level of the scholarship meet the following requirements:

Have maintained a 2.75 CGPA
Have scored a 980 on the SAT or 21 on the ACT
Have met all of the general requirements detailed below.

Bronze - 10% tuition scholarship for 8 consecutive fall and spring terms (excluding summer term)

Students who are awarded this level of the scholarship meet the following requirements:

Have met all of the general requirements detailed below.

General Eligibility Requirements

The student must stay in good standing with the following requirements in order to retain the scholarship. Once the student loses the scholarship, it cannot be regained.

-Have completed the financial aid process each school year to the satisfaction of the Financial Aid Office.

-Have maintained a Cumulative Grade Point Average at FCC of at least 2.50.

-Have not had excessive absences, over 20%, in any course, unless an appeal has been granted.

-Have maintained full time status, at least 12 credit hours, each fall and spring semester.

-Have not accumulated more than 29 discipline points during any semester.

-Have been educated at that Christian School during at least 50% of their high school education including their complete senior year.

-Have enrolled at Florida Christian College within 12 months of graduating from high school.

-Have met all requirements to maintain the scholarship and their good standing as a student at FCC as detailed in this and other FCC documents.
