Financial Aid Dates & DeadlinesListed below are some key financial aid dates and deadlines for you to be aware of throughout this coming year. If you have any questions concerning any of these deadlines, please call (407-569-1365) or us and we will be happy to assist you.
Paying Your BillIn order to assist students, the college accepts various forms of payments. Florida Christian College accepts cash, money orders, personal checks, and Visa, MasterCard, and on-line payments. You may also choose to enter the NelNet payment plan program and schedule payments out over the length of the semester. Student account balances are due by the beginning of each semester. You will receive a statement indicating the amount due. Should the student decide to participate in the Drop/Add period, adjustments will be made and if necessary, a charge or credit will be made to the student account. The student should communicate financial information to anyone who will be assisting them with the payment of their student account. The due date will be enforced and a student who has not satisfied their account will not be enrolled in class. Should additional awards be pending for a semester, the student account will reflect those items as awards (future credits). Documentation for third party support (examples are church support, community or corporate scholarships) must be provided to the Financial Aid Office in advance to be able to post as an award and future credit to the student’s account. Students whose accounts are not current will be blocked from registering for future semesters until their account is current. Please be aware that no official transcript can be released until the student account has been paid in full. |
