Bible Comprehensive Exam

The Bible Comprehensive Exam was established by the Faculty and maintained by the Division of Bible faculty. It covers the major sections of Biblical literature, plus Old Testament and New Testament Introduction. The exam has 150 questions. Students can miss no more than 20 questions and still pass the test. It tests for general factual knowledge and is not based on an individual professor's interpretation of passages. A study guide for the Bible Comprehensive Exam is provided below. The Study Guide has 426 questions. The actual test contains 150 randomly selected (by category) questions from the Study Guide. Students should download and use the guide to prepare for the exam. An official FCC Flash Card program is also available for users of Microsoft Access and on FCC Library computers.

The exam is offered on-campus at least three times per semester (fall and spring). All students should plan to take the test during the spring semester of their junior year. Those who do not pass it then will have several opportunities to pass it during their senior year.

Passing the Bible Comprehensive Exam is a graduation requirement of Florida Christian College. It is also required before particpation in the graduation ceremony.
